Arkadelphia (ip-192.com): A 16-year old boy filed a harassment claim against his mother after she allegedly hacked into his Facebook account and posted some slandering comments. The Arkansas teenager says that his mother changed the password on the account to prevent him from using it.
A post about a high speed outing seems to be the trigger for all the action. Several newspapers report that the boy posted a note about driving a car at a speed of 95 miles per hour after getting upset with a girl. After discovering the site unlocked on her computer, the mother posted some comments and locked the boy out by changing the password.
The boy then filed a handwritten complaint with prosecutors and asked that his mother does not contact him again. "The alleged conduct specified in the affidavit would give rise to the proposed charge of Harassment," said the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in a press release.
After a divorce, the boy now lives with his grandmother and claims that his mother does not have custody anymore. A court hearing on misdemeanor charges is scheduled for May 12.
