<ul>
<li>Develop, test, debug, and refine web-applications that produce the required designs;</li>
</ul>

<li>Prepare both program-level and user-level documentation;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Enhance software to reduce processor, memory, and bandwidth requirements;</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop easy-to-use administer consoles and user interfaces that allow administrators to update and (re)configure the applications efficiently;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead all aspects of the design, development, testing, implementation, and management of the web-applications;</li>

<li>Support the database integration.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications:</span></p>
<p>Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing web-applications, with in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, PHP, Pearl, and MySQL in a Unix/Linux hosting environment.</p>
<p>Apache Tomcat web server installation and configuration experience is a plus, Knowledge and experience to develop in a customer environment with customer approved applications and tools, either via remote desktop or on location.</p>
